Our CEO and Broker, Norma Ayala Rosa, embodies the spirit of teamwork and service that defines our brokerage. With a rich personal history as one of ten siblings, she values collaboration and the strength of community. Her 27 years of service in the U.S. Army, where she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, instilled in her the principles of discipline and integrity that guide our team.

Norma holds two bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Secondary Education, a master’s degree in educational psychology, and a graduate certificate in Digital Forensics. Her journey into real estate began in 2005, and she became a Broker in 2008. As a native Spanish speaker who is currently learning Portuguese, she ensures that our team can effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

Each member of our team is passionate about delivering honest, up-to-date customer service in the residential market. We work collaboratively to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise. Our combined experience includes managing rental properties, assisting first-time homebuyers, and navigating sales of homes, townhomes, foreclosures, and REOs.
