For every transaction completed by agents on your team, you receive 20% of Link’s brokerage cut (2% GCI) at a minimum. You also have the ability to set team agent splits, where you receive the difference between the set split and Link’s 90/10 baseline. For example, with a 70/30 split, you receive 22% of GCI instead of 2%.
