About Mike Quiroga

Mike Quiroga didn't wait until adulthood to start learning real estate. He got his start at 16 years old working with a local property management team — absorbing housing law, investment ethics, and landlord-tenant relations years before most people consider a career path. By 21 he was a licensed broker, and he's been building on that foundation ever since.

Today Mike leads Quiroga & Associates alongside his wife and business partner Summer Quiroga, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Canyon Lake, Temecula, Wine Country, and Riverside County. His practice spans residential sales, builder developments, and investor liquidations — with a reputation for sharp legal negotiation skills and a genuinely customized approach to every client situation.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Mike serves a wide range of clients across Southern California with the same commitment to clear communication and honest representation. Outside of real estate he's a visible presence in his community — hosting city-wide garage sales, sponsoring high school sports teams, and volunteering as a mentor for teenagers at local schools. That community investment isn't separate from how he works; it's a reflection of who he is.
