Andrew Malekie brings a rare combination of investment experience and client-first instincts to coastal California real estate. Based out of Encinitas, Andrew works with buyers and sellers across a wide stretch of Southern California — from Playa Del Rey and the greater Los Angeles area down through North County San Diego — with deep familiarity in the communities along the way.

A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Psychology, Andrew spent time as an associate at Montecito Venture Partners before transitioning to full-time real estate. That background in property analysis, market trends, and value-driven decision-making gives his clients a meaningful advantage — whether they're buying a primary residence, relocating, or thinking about long-term value.

As a Managing Partner at Link Brokerages and co-lead of the Hatrick Real Estate team alongside Coby Chatwin, Andrew brings calm, professional leadership to every transaction.
